Distribution Channel Manager

In the dynamic environment of Carrier, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, we are seeking an experienced Distribution Channel Manager to spearhead our distribution channel management activities. As part of our fast-growing and top-contributing region, you will be responsible for setting day-to-day operational objectives for your team and identifying growth opportunities for our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead after-market revenue business, service deliveries, project execution, and monitoring for Pune and ROM regions.
- Establish and build professional relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Support and lead team members in achieving their Key Result Areas (KRAs).
About You:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum qualification of Bachelor's in Engineering and 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise should include comprehensive data management, MIS working, and team leadership skills. As a Distribution Channel Manager, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
