Channel Growth Manager

As a Channel Growth Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and success for our clients' digital channels. This position involves leading strategy, performance, and account management on key digital channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc) for various clients.
You'll work closely with leadership to refine strategic plans and provide expert advice, strategic thinking, and guidance to clients on all digital campaigns and delivery. Additionally, you'll develop and execute comprehensive digital channel strategies for client portfolios of 8-10 accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital channel strategies for client portfolios of 8-10 accounts.
- Manage a team of 10-15 professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities to ensure team growth and success.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine strategic plans and provide expert advice, strategic thinking, and guidance to clients on all digital campaigns and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and internal product development efforts.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in technology or an MBA with 4-6 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Paid Search (PPC) & Paid Social Strategy.
- Hands-on knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and experience planning and managing advertising spends with clients over the last 5 years.
- Team handling experience for at least 1-2 years.
- Advanced excel and Microsoft office skills.
- Advanced certification for Adwords, DBM Fundamentals exam, Facebook Blueprint, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with impeccable business judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
