  • Assist in forecasting staffing needs aligned with company growth plans.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and improve onboarding processes.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide guidance on core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handle employee relations with discretion and fairness, and support managers in implementing performance management processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
