Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager position at Swish Club located in Bengaluru. The role involves working directly with Founders for large Enterprise acquisition for our core products, new and existing growth initiatives, including but not limited to API/New Technology Sales and Platform Partnerships, Enterprise activation, running experiments, and contributing to the growth and development of the Enterprise function.

Key Qualifications

- Experience in sales and partnerships of complex technology paid-products is a must.
- Experience in sales and partnerships with focus on selling to growth teams of Enterprises is required.
- Strong execution capabilities with a strong "make it happen" attitude are essential.
- Ability to deconstruct and construct new paradigms in a logical way is necessary.
- No opinions without data or objective logic are acceptable.
- High Ownership and Accountability are expected.
- Strong EQ and IQ with ability to multi-task are required.
- Adept in building collaterals, decks with great written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently is expected.
- High intent to pick up and learn something quickly with guidance is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot is necessary.
