Business Expansion Leader

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the Franchise Business team in achieving sales milestones and expanding its presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct and motivate the Franchise Business team to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
  2. Identify and forge strategic partnerships with Sub-broker/Franchise/channel partners to enhance revenue streams.
  3. Develop and implement tailored sales strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on scale-up, retention, and transaction growth.
  4. Closely collaborate with Sub broker / Franchise / IFA / channel partners to ensure their success and development.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Aptitude to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and market trends.
