
Franchise Business Expansion Manager

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the Franchise Business team in achieving sales milestones and expanding its presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and motivate the Franchise Business team to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with Sub-broker/Franchise/channel partners to enhance revenue streams.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on scale-up, retention, and transaction growth.
- Closely collaborate with Sub broker / Franchise / IFA / channel partners to ensure their success and development.
Requirements:
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Aptitude to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and market trends.
