- Assemble and manage a team of professionals for the growth strategy of new locations.
- Develop business models that meet operational needs.

- Source and acquire new properties through partnerships with brokers.
- Manage profitability of new store openings (NSO).
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning or related field.
- Master's degree in business administration or equivalent qualification.
