
Sales and Growth Manager

- Create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to showcase the value of our partnerships.
- Track leads, maintain databases, and follow up with clients to move opportunities forward.
- Coordinate the execution of partner commitments, ensuring seamless branding, digital asset delivery, event activations, and hospitality experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of asset usage and share regular status updates with the partnership team.
- Ensure logos, creatives, and content meet contractual obligations.
- Support sponsor onboarding, hospitality coordination, and in-stadium branding efforts.
- Assist with match-day activation, providing exceptional partner experiences and handling on-ground requirements.
- Coordinate VIP and guest management activities as directed.
- Act as a primary point of contact for daily sponsor queries and requests.
- Support organizing review meetings and collating feedback from partners.
- Contribute to maintaining strong working relationships to facilitate renewal discussions.
- Monitor deliverables, campaign activations, and partner performance.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports, presentations, and ROI updates for internal and external stakeholders.
