We are seeking a Sales and Community Manager to join our team, who can drive revenue growth through strategic business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a keen interest in real estate and hospitality.

Role Overview:

The Sales and Community Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging environment within a community or organization.

This position involves facilitating communication, organizing events, and supporting the overall well-being of community members.

The Sales and Community Manager acts as a liaison between members, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Communication:

• Act as a community builder for all workspaces of Clayworks

• Manage Clayworks facilities and oversee community dynamics

• Ensure client contractual deliverables are complied with

Sales and Business Development:

• Anchor client relationship initiatives in the facility using regular client feedback meetings

• Record and analyze meeting outcomes to handle client concerns constructively

• Proactively cross-sell other Clayworks products and solutions

Market Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor market and competitor activities

• Provide relevant reports and information to management

Center Operations:

• Control costs and be actively involved in facility upkeep and maintenance

• Coordinate finance and sales on invoicing, collections, and receivables

• Follow SOP for operational consistency

Client Engagement:

• Plan and execute client engagement events

• Work on inviting third-party organizers to hold events at our locations

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate or Postgraduate with 0-3 years of experience in Front Desk/Hotel Operations and Community Management at a Co-working space or Hotel or equivalent.

Estimated Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month (dependent on location and experience)
