Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Organo Eco Habitats located in Bangalore. As a Sales Representative, your primary role will be to promote and sell Organo's product typologies to potential clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and responding to inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying apt product typology (house) to meet those needs.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of the products to meet their needs.
  • Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions, address objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales closing and negotiating deals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of real estate sales and regulations (preferred)
Salary

Estimated salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum
