Are you passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience? We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function.
This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals and set up a strong foundation for your career. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Assisting in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
- Supporting the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Helping organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Supporting the HR Manager in performance management processes.
- Assisting with general office administration and upkeep.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with relevant HR software is a plus.
