We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and motivated People Leader to handle our HR department and support our employees. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's culture and growth. An energetic, proactive and self-motivated professional would be ideal for the role.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and people-centric AVP – Human Resources to handle our HR function and support organizational growth. This role will focus on building a strong talent pipeline, shaping company culture, driving compliance, and supporting leadership with HR best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy: Build and maintain internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies & process, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Culture & Values: Drive initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
- Leadership Support: Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams.
- Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
- Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
- HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
- Employee engagement & relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
- Policy & Benefits: Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.
Qualifications:
- Progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role
- Strong expertise in talent attraction & development, performance systems, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
