Job Title: Manager - Governance & Risk

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead the governance and risk management of HR functions within a leading global organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR governance and control frameworks, partnering with regional and global teams, and providing independent challenge and advisory support to HR teams on control effectiveness.

The role demands strong risk oversight, process control, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to work across HR operations and enterprise-wide risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embed robust risk & control practices into HR operations and workflows.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within HR processes.
  • Provide independent challenge and advisory support to HR teams on control effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in HR Governance, Risk & Control, or Operational Risk roles in financial services.
  • In-depth understanding of ORM frameworks, RCSA processes, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and strengthen control environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
