Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through telecalling and online channels to generate leads.
- Conduct cold calling to introduce our services and build relationships with prospects.
- Provide information and guidance to clients on our recruitment solutions.
- Understand client requirements and customize solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain a database of clients and regularly update the information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Follow up with clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
