Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers.

  3. Follow up with potential buyers and sellers to ensure timely updates.
  4. Keep sellers informed about the status of their property sales.
  5. Generate referrals from buyers and sellers.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and associates.
  7. Stay updated on business activities with associates.
  8. Provide customers with detailed information about our products and services.
  9. Coordinate site visits with customers.
  10. Coordinate property evaluations, videography, and photography with customers.
  11. Engage in telemarketing activities to attract new sellers and buyers.
  12. Send suitable property options to potential buyers.
