Branch Relationship Manager
Job Description
Seeking an experienced relationship manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through new client acquisition, cross-selling wealth products, and providing tailored solutions to meet organizational targets.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals to acquire new clients and grow existing ones.
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell wealth products such as PMS, AIF, MF, Bonds, and Insurance to increase revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the retail liabilities business to provide tailored solutions to customers.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to banking services.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of CASA Sales, CASA handling, HNI client handling, retail liabilities, portfolio management, and wealth product sales.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with HNIs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
