Role Purpose:
The Quantitative Researcher Manager/Senior Manager will be a strategic partner to clients, providing data-driven, innovative, and commercially impactful solutions to complex business challenges. This role demands expertise in quantitative research methodologies, client relationship leadership, and the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable business strategies. As part of the Client Service leadership team, you will drive revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, and develop high-performing teams while elevating Kantar's position as a trusted authority in consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Client & Business Leadership:
- Serve as the primary strategic liaison for key client accounts, ensuring service excellence and delivering value that drives client retention and growth.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to design research strategies that address critical business objectives in FMCG, consumer durables, and other high-growth sectors.
- Lead revenue and margin management for assigned accounts, ensuring profitable delivery across projects.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively contribute to new client acquisition.
Research Strategy & Delivery Excellence:
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end quantitative research projects, including product testing, usage & attitudes (U&A), pricing studies, and advanced market modeling.
- Oversee research execution plans, questionnaire development, and analytical frameworks, ensuring methodological rigor and innovation.
- Synthesize complex datasets into strategic narratives, delivering senior-level presentations with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, sector developments, and emerging research technologies to continuously innovate client solutions.
Team Development & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of research professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.
- Conduct performance evaluations, create tailored development plans, and coach team members for both technical and leadership growth.
- Balance project demands with team wellbeing, ensuring sustainable workloads and high employee engagement.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-8 years of proven experience in consumer insights, market research, and client service leadership, preferably with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Demonstrated expertise in quantitative research methods, including study design, statistical analysis, and advanced analytics.
- Strong track record in FMCG, consumer durables, or retail research with deep knowledge of product testing, pricing, and U&A studies.
- P&L ownership experience with a proven ability to deliver revenue and profitability targets.
- Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and consultative communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in market research tools, statistical packages, and emerging digital insight platforms.
