Transforming Customer Relationships through Strategic Account Management

Your Role:

  • You will serve as a critical link between our organization and key BFSI accounts.
  • Manage all revenue streams from these accounts by collaborating with cross-functional teams and extended stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients at all management levels, including CXOs.
  • Develop long-term account/business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with customers' growth, innovation plans, and transformational business opportunities.
  • Drive the execution of 12-month account/business plans to meet set milestones and goals.
  • Identify and close transformational opportunities in the account through strong relationships with key partners and executive decision makers.
  • Develop and articulate sales strategies for major opportunities and understand the buying cycle for pursued opportunities.
  • Business reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development, MEDDPICC).
  • Evaluate the desired position and market share, as set in objectives, through consistent messaging in every aspect of the account relationship and development on all appropriate levels.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate should have 12+ years of sales experience in the technology space, preferably in BFSI.
  • Experience in selling to large enterprise accounts is essential.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Sound business decision-making ability.
  • Awareness of relevant products, services, and solutions is an added advantage.
