Senior Account Development Professional

Job Summary:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, managing key account relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver business results through a portfolio of high-value accounts, measured by revenue growth and demand generation.
  • Manage key account relationships within assigned regions, ensuring growth and alignment with company objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product development leaders to strengthen partnerships and increase wallet share.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance channel partner capabilities, coverage, and compensation models across all verticals.
  • Partner with sales leaders to develop strategic account plans and drive financial performance.
  • Establish metrics-driven plans to achieve revenue targets for both individual accounts and the broader channel organization.
  • Design and implement a tiered channel ecosystem to improve partner engagement and retention.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to manage complex sales processes and optimize business outcomes.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels and distribution channels are maintained to support customer needs.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing to define strategic direction and drive growth initiatives within key accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns, negotiate pricing agreements, and ensure timely product fulfillment.
  • Manage potential account issues through proactive communication and adherence to established partnership guidelines.
  • Ensure partners comply with relevant agreements and adhere to company standards.
