This leadership role plays a pivotal part in enhancing customer retention and fostering strategic network collaboration across the IMEA region.
The key objectives for this position include developing and executing a regional plan for retention and growth of strategic customers, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders through regular syncs. The role also involves taking full ownership of the IMEA Renewals Playbook and driving the growth of Lead Logistics across countries in the region, focusing on expanding Network-Controlled accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for retention and growth of strategic customers in the IMEA region.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with the global network to drive knowledge sharing and alignment.
Additionally, the successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of SCM products, especially Origin Consolidation, CFS operations, and freight forwarding. They will also have proven experience in managing global accounts, contract renewals, and complex negotiations, as well as demonstrated expertise in P&L ownership, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Requirements- Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 10 years in SCM/global account management.
- Strong understanding of SCM products and ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
