Strategic Business Unit Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our Strategic Business Unit's performance and growth. This role entails full responsibility for the unit's financial and strategic roadmap, with a focus on delivering aggressive revenue expansion and long-term market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive top-line growth through sales strategies, partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the SBU, ensuring budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance.
  • Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets.
  • Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates to ensure alignment on growth and value-creation goals.
Requirements & Experience:
  • 15+ years of proven leadership with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
  • Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Collaborative leader based in Mumbai, India.
