Lead Strategic Growth

As a senior leadership role, this position demands strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead large, high-performing teams. Commercial success relies heavily on strategic growth, which involves developing business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

About the Role:

This position requires an experienced leader to drive national sales and marketing operations across the division. You will identify new product opportunities and lead successful launches while building strong Key Opinion Leader engagement and market presence.

A key responsibility is leading, mentoring, and growing a large sales & marketing team pan-India. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your commercial expertise to drive business results.

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the Gastro, ENT & Multispecialty segment, including market trends and customer needs. Your leadership skills, combined with your knowledge of strategy, analytics, and P&L ownership, will enable you to develop and execute effective business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Drive national sales and marketing operations across the division
  • Identify new product opportunities and lead successful launches
  • Build strong Key Opinion Leader engagement and market presence
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a large sales & marketing team pan-India
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales & marketing
  • Proven success in leadership roles within Gastro / ENT / Multispecialty segments
  • Strong exposure to strategy, analytics, and P&L ownership
  • Excellent leadership, team-building & communication skills
  • Full-time graduate in science/pharmacy; MBA preferred
