Job Title: Institutional Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
The incumbent would be responsible for leading business growth initiatives, leveraging key account management and influencing strategic partnerships to drive institutional sales and throughput targets.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Business Results - Achieve revenue growth through effective key account management and targeting large petroleum companies as priority accounts;
2. Influencer Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide necessary support to field teams and secure project approvals from government agencies;
3. Working Capital Management - Optimize cash flow by controlling outstanding payments within set norms and increasing wallet share in identified accounts through new solution deployments;
4. Business Process Improvement - Coordinate with manufacturing for order execution, document government tenders, and ensure timely submissions and product approvals.

Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieving institutional sales and throughput targets;
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- Effective management of working capital;
- Continuous improvement of business processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Strong understanding of business development strategies and key performance indicators;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
