Category Growth Specialist

As a Category Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and profit growth for assigned categories on our ecommerce platform.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of ecommerce trends, and the ability to draw insights from data to inform strategic recommendations.
Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth, developing business reports to track category performance, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand-wide strategies are aligned.
You will also work closely with Buyers to manage product launches, track inventory levels, and expand product categories to maximize visibility.
Additionally, you will maintain a healthy sell-through of ecommerce inventory and provide regular updates to stakeholders on category performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Category Manager or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles.
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
