Category Leadership Opportunity

This role involves leading a high-impact category team and driving growth of key product categories. You'll be at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution - turning diverse inputs into clear strategies that shape how products are launched, priced, marketed, and scaled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Analysis: Deep-dive into subcategories to understand consumer behavior, sales performance, and competitive landscape.
  • Data Synthesis: Leverage multiple data sources to generate insights on consumer preferences, competitor playbooks, and cultural shifts.
  • Strategy Development: Work with cross-functional teams to shape strategies on product positioning, pricing, discounting, and marketing interventions.
  • New Launch Planning: Analyze whitespace opportunities, consumer needs, and competitor offerings to recommend new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Partner with teams to ensure recommendations are implemented. Track performance, identify gaps, and refine strategies as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analytics, category management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills necessary.
  • Ability to think big picture while staying detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills - able to structure and present insights clearly.
  • Self-starter with bias for action, able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for consumer-first thinking is a plus.
