About the Project
We are building a new stablecoin payments initiative. Stablecoins are one of the fastest growing categories in crypto, with clear product market fit in payments and cross-border use cases. Global banks, fintechs like Stripe, and crypto-native players are investing heavily in this space. Our idea focuses on APAC, where we have a strong foothold. Early experiments and customer conversations have shown strong market pull, and we are setting up the right team to scale.
Role Overview
The Chief of Staff will work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth. This role is part strategy, part execution, and part force-multiplier. The first project will be to run experiments across APAC markets for our new stablecoin initiative, and help shape early PMF. Over time, the Chief of Staff will take on other strategic projects spanning fundraising, partnerships, and new product bets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the founder's right hand on critical strategic and operational projects
- Run growth experiments across multiple APAC geographies to test adoption pathways
- Own cross-functional projects, ensuring execution speed and clarity
- Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership initiatives
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and ensure delivery
Requirements
- 3–6 years in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles
- Strong generalist with bias to action; thrives in ambiguity
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Exposure to fintech/crypto is a plus, but not mandatory
- Natural communicator and relationship-builder
