Job Title: Data Manager for Strategic Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Manager to support our company's strategic growth objectives. This role will be responsible for managing data science and analytics hiring processes to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, an operational mindset, and an intimate understanding of the business and talent landscape. They should have exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management:
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
Recruitment Deliverables:
  • Develop sourcing strategies and recruit using multiple channels - agencies, job boards, referrals, campaigns basis generic, niche, and super niche skills we hire.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to the Business Leadership Team, offering counsel, expertise, collaboration, and in-depth understanding of business variables in relation to the TA function.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens, including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.
  • Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key business partners/cross-functional business partners.
Process Adherence and Efficiency:
  • Evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.
  • Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
