Chief of Staff

This is a leadership apprenticeship for someone ambitious, resourceful, and ready to grow into a future leader.

  • A key responsibility will be leading and executing cross-functional projects in tech, AI, product, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Projects: Work closely with teams to brainstorm, test, and optimize campaigns.
  2. Research & Insights: Conduct research on markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  3. Product Development: Assist in ideation, prototyping, and execution of new product launches.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with investors, partners, lawyers, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  5. Founder's Office Ops: Manage founder's calendar, emails, meetings, travel bookings, and legal/financial paperwork.
  6. Execution & Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, find solutions, and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  7. Leadership Prep: Learn decision-making frameworks and gradually take ownership of strategic responsibilities.
Requirements:
  1. 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or a founder's office role.
  2. Strong background in tech, AI, marketing, or product management.
  3. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
  4. High ownership, adaptability, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong organizational skills for handling calendars, travel, and stakeholder coordination.
  7. Hunger to grow into a leadership role (potential leadership track within 2 years).
