Scrum Master/ BA Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with strong Business Analyst skills to facilitate Agile processes and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Foster collaboration between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient progress.
  • Develop a deep understanding of both Scrum methodologies and business analysis techniques to drive project success.
  • Identify and remove impediments hindering team progress, leveraging project management tools and software development practices.
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment with at least 2+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role with a strong grasp of business processes and requirements gathering
  • Thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and certification preferred
  • Dynamics 365 expertise is mandatory
