Job Title: Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead and guide a cross-functional development team.

About the Role:
  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Coach the team on Agile principles, best practices, and methodologies to enhance their productivity and efficiency
  • Remove blockers and impediments to guarantee smooth team operation and timely delivery
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized for successful project execution
  • Promote continuous improvement within the team by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages accountability, trust, and open communication among team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with teams developing applications
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comfortable working onsite and leading face-to-face team activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master certification
  • Technical background or hands-on experience with front-end and/or back-end development
  • Experience in enterprise application development environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing practices
