The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, along with proven leadership skills to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, including integration across multiple systems.">
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization">
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.">
  • Oversee integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).">
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.">
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption were beneficial.">
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem solving.">
  • Mentor and coach junior developers to support their technical and professional growth.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.">
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.">
  • Strong expertise in:">

- Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)

- SAP UI5 / Fiori

- HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

- System integration with SAP or enterprise applications

  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.">
