Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy advanced AI technology to address complex business challenges.
  • Lead finance & accounting initiatives with multiple countries/regions in scope.
  • Pitch proposed solutions to executives, highlighting capabilities and benefits of centralization.
  • Refine Accounts Payable process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework.
  • Manage project engagement balancing organization profit and long-term client opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strategic relationships with peers from operations and operating leaders to facilitate goals and objectives.
  • Drive thought leadership around best-in-class processes and best practice sharing.
  • Design effective End-to-End process frameworks for new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with teams on project management-related activities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in BPO/SSC environment.
  • Strong project and people management skills.
  • University graduate with relevant studies and professional qualification in technical accounting advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work simultaneously on different tasks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills are required. Strong problem-solving abilities, innovative approach, and change management skills are essential.
