Job Title: Project Manager Scrum Master

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master cum Project Manager to lead agile teams and drive successful project execution. This role demands strong leadership, deep Agile expertise, and hands-on project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Guide teams in Agile adoption and ensure adherence to Scrum principles
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
  • Monitor and report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

We require the following skills and qualifications for this position:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle is a plus
