Delivery Director

About the Role:

The Delivery Director will oversee and manage the delivery team to ensure the successful implementation of high-quality solutions for clients. They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate closely with them to understand their requirements, provide guidance, and ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the delivery team, directing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration.
  • Support initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations.
  • Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders and lead account development activities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain preferably working with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domain.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects as applicable to the HLS industry.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, team leaders, and product developers.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
