Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Description:

The role of a Quality Assurance Lead is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services. As a leader in quality assurance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes that guarantee excellence in every aspect of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute quality management strategies to improve overall project outcomes.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence and implement best practices.

* Identify and analyze problems, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

* Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

* 5-10 years of experience as a Delivery Lead or Quality Assurance and Quality Control Lead.

* Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies, including Agile/Kanban/Scrum.

* Expertise in quality management activities, including audits and assessments.

* Experience in implementing process maturity in a product/service environment.

* Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with effective communication.
