Job Title:
Senior Process Executive – US Mortgage

Overview:
A seasoned Process Leader is required to oversee and optimize the US mortgage process, driving efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire US mortgage process, from initial application to final approval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, including SOPs and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on process protocols and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., business, management).
