Process Management Executive

Broad Overview:

The role entails delivering process targets in line with customer service level agreements. This includes working within client-provided shift timings and adhering to established governance mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet day-to-day process objectives.
  • Operate within client-approved schedules.
  • Implement transactions according to prescribed guidelines and timelines.

Tech Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
  • Able to work in business-aligned shifts.
  • Flexible and open to adapting work methods or systems to enhance performance beyond agreed standards.
  • Mortgage knowledge is an added advantage.

Work Experience, Education & Soft Skills:

  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow policies, procedures, and written instructions or verbal directions from supervisors.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or business management preferred based on business alignment.
  • 1-2 years of full-time work experience in BPO/BPM industry, especially Mortgage domain experience an added advantage.
