About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Executive to manage a cluster/region with 10-15 properties, each having 40-50 keys. You will be responsible for ensuring high service quality is delivered to guests and overseeing various functions in your region, including front office, housekeeping, guest relations, F&B, maintenance & engineering, human resources, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand the company's vision, operational structure, organisational hierarchy, user demographics, etc.
  2. Regularly review and implement company operations standard operating procedures within your region
  3. Oversee hotel/hostel regional operations, ensuring adherence to company-defined standards in all departments
  4. Develop human resource development plans and foster a positive work environment for high overall productivity
  5. Conduct regular audits to monitor service quality, identify improvements and implement corrective actions
  6. Manage operational budgets by adequate resource allocation and minimising expenses via cost-effective strategies
  7. Supervise timely hostel pre-launches, ensuring operational readiness and quality checks
  8. Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing escalations, implementing service improvements and ensuring a positive experience
  9. Collaborate with internal departments
  10. Buil relationships with industry professionals to stay updated on trends and best practices
  11. Optimise SOPs to build a high service quality experience for guests

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management
  2. Min. 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions
  3. Proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations and working in a fast-paced environment
  4. Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
  5. Fluency in English and local language is mandatory
  6. Willingness to travel and manage hotels/hostels across various locations
