Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager - Sales & Operations (FTL) based in Pune. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales and operational activities within their region, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of full truckload (FTL) logistics. Day-to-day tasks will involve managing client relationships, coordinating with various teams to meet logistics requirements, monitoring key performance indicators, strategizing to improve service delivery, and driving business growth in the region. The role also includes team leadership and the implementation of best practices to optimize logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Experience in logistics operations, especially in full truckload (FTL) transportation
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to strategize and implement improvements
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Experience in the transport and logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
