Job Title: Regional Manager

Qualifications

We are looking for a dynamic leader with:

  • A degree/diploma in Optometry (mandatory)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail industry
  • At least 4 years in a team leadership role within retail
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and delegate effectively
  • Willingness and ability to travel across assigned regions
  • Strong technical competence to interpret and communicate clinical specifications and outcomes

Key Responsibilities

As Regional Manager, you will be the driving force behind optometry excellence across your region. Your role will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and evaluating cluster optometrists and store staff to meet performance goals
  • Driving regional sales targets and quarterly KPIs through strategic execution
  • Overseeing optometry and dispensing functions across all stores in your region
  • Identifying and assessing business opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Managing optometrist attrition and manpower planning through referral drives and campus engagement programs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, Lenskart Academy, and Operations to align regional goals
  • Conducting daily performance reviews with cluster optometrists to ensure consistent service delivery and growth
