Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized CRM Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai Belapur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM and a strong understanding of lead management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Manage and update CRM database with client information and status, ensuring timely follow-up with leads.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with sales associates via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Client Support: Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain reports on lead status, sales activity, and client communication.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the sales team as needed, working closely with them to ensure smooth handoff of leads and follow-up on sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM in a channel partner or developer firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and lead management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
