Tender Coordinator Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Tender Coordinator to manage tendering and procurement processes. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and submission of bids, as well as managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Preparation & Submission:
    • Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, FDRs, and DDs in accordance with tender requirements.
    • Clarify bid conditions and ensure alignment with our company's needs.
    • Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings.
  • Vendor Registration & Coordination:
    • liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
    • Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Prepare drawings using Coral Draw/Photoshop.
    • Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks (salary/attendance registers).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and communication in English and Hindi.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Experience liaising with government bodies is a plus.
