Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and place our remote developers with leading IT companies.

  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers in the IT industry (India & USA).
  • Pitch our remote developers for hiring opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4–7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
  • A strong network in the IT industry (India and/or USA market).
  • A clear understanding of remote developer hiring.
  • The ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycles.
