Job Title: Programmatic Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth by optimizing technology, integrations, and yield strategies in the programmatic ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks, as well as deep knowledge of AMP, mWeb, and app monetization dynamics.

About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Programmatic Revenue Growth Strategist. As a key member of our advertising operations team, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels (open auction, PMP, programmatic direct).

You will work closely with product, engineering, and editorial teams to drive impactful revenue growth through innovation, experimentation, and technology-first strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze inventory performance and recommend structural changes (floors, packaging, taxonomy) to optimize revenue growth.
  • Monitor eCPM, fill rates, ad load, and ad vital metrics to continuously improve monetization.
  • Design and execute strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels (open auction, PMP, programmatic direct).
Requirements
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of AMP, mWeb, and app monetization dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize revenue growth.

This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can work cross-functionally with various teams to drive impactful revenue growth.
