Job Opportunity: Account Development Specialist
Account Development Specialists are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving sales growth and revenue expansion. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, with 7-12 years of experience or diploma holders with 12+ years of experience in sales/marketing of electrical industry products.
- A strong network of contractors, OEMs, retailers, and utility companies is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Objectives:- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and increase sales revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Graduate degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales/marketing of electrical industry products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
