Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team of designers and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Funnel Development: Develop and execute strategies to improve sales funnel conversion rates and drive sales closure.
- Project Targeting: Achieve 12-15 projects per month through effective new project bookings and sales target attainment.
- Customer Experience Management: Manage customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Designer Enablement: Provide training and enable designers to achieve their sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B-Arch) or relevant field with industry exposure.
- Experience: 5+ years of B2C business development and growth experience, with a minimum of 12 months of team leadership experience.
