Job Title: Sales Manager
The role of a sales manager is a high-profile position within an organization, responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and leadership.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A proven track record of handling high-net-worth individuals and closing high-value transactions is also essential.
In addition to these skills, the sales manager should have a strong understanding of real estate investment strategies and be able to provide accurate investment insights. The ability to build long-term client relationships, identify and engage potential clients, and mentor junior team members is also crucial.
The sales manager will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. This may involve conducting market research, competitor analysis, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individual clients for premium real estate projects.
- Act as a financial consultant advising clients on property investments aligned with their portfolio goals.
- Build long-term client relationships ensuring repeat and referral business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis providing accurate investment insights.
- Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Mentor junior sales/advisory team members when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies.
- Proven track record handling high-net-worth individual/UHNI clients and closing high-value transactions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and deliver results.
