Key Objective:

 

The primary goal of this role is to drive business growth and expansion in the Indian subcontinent by leveraging oil additives technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategically develop and execute plans to achieve targeted sales revenue and market share growth in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers at different levels within their organizations to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Identify emerging trends and market needs, and recommend innovative solutions for the use of our oil additives products.
  • OEM Partnership: Identify potential target Indian OEMs within the Automotive industry and the industrial segment, and work closely with them to promote Evonik Oil Additive technologies.
  • Channel Management: Select, manage, and evaluate agents and distributors to ensure effective sales channels are utilized for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including key account management, technical service, product management, customer service, supply chain, marketing services, and business development to support strategic business objectives.
