Hotel Portfolio Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the growth of our hotel portfolio as a Junior Revenue Manager. The ideal candidate will have basic experience in the hospitality industry and a strong interest in revenue management.
About the Role- This role involves assisting with room rates, availability, and promotions, as well as monitoring online travel agency channels and updating content/rates.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with sales and reservations teams, tracking leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities, and sharing daily activity updates with internal teams.
- Assist senior revenue managers with daily analysis and reports
- Monitor online travel agency channels (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) and update content/rates
- Coordinate with sales and reservations teams

- Basic hotel experience (reservations/front office/sales support or related)
- Strong interest in revenue management
- Good computer skills (Excel, property management systems, OTA extranets)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting during US shift hours
- Hands-on training in hotel revenue management
