Job Title: Revenue Manager

We are looking for a seasoned leader to manage International Clients and lead them towards revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic planning, ensuring clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions, and providing value to our partners.

This is a unique opportunity to travel across India and abroad, interacting with diverse partners beyond the routine tasks of pricing and inventory management. You will undergo an intense training orientation process to ensure optimal returns on investment.

In addition to revenue management, you will assist in recruiting and training new team members as we expand. Our ideal candidate will possess a focused approach to handling end-to-end revenue management processes.

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for our partners
  • Maintain a culture consistent with our vision in all actions undertaken on behalf of our partners
  • Adjust strategies according to market trends to maximize room sales and revenue for hotels, holiday homes, and hotel apartments
  • Assist us in preparing revenue budgets and forecasts for all departments
  • Complete weekly and monthly rolling forecasts based on market trends
  • Organize weekly revenue meetings with our leadership to execute sales strategies and supervise sales and marketing actions
  • Learn and teach best practices in Revenue Management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets
  • Develop and maintain consistent selling strategies across all channels and create systems to enhance business opportunities for our partners
  • Maintain accurate records of controls applied to all systems
  • Evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing price and strategy adjustment suggestions to Commercial teams
