Job Overview

The role of Senior Business Banking Specialist involves providing financial solutions to meet the needs of business banking customers and fostering exceptional relationship management and customer experience.

  • Acquire new customers for business banking with a deep understanding of credit assessment.
  • Develop expertise in liability, Forex, trade, and client relationships, delinquency management, relationship management, and analytical thinking.
  • Effectively manage portfolios through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals, enhancement, retention, and maintaining portfolio hygiene with minimal open deferrals and covenants.
  • Establish strong working relationships with branch banking teams for cross-leveraging and synergy optimization, working within the bank's ecosystem with other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from various channels and customers.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • Demonstrate ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotional and marketing initiatives.
  • Understand financial statements, credit assessments, and title-security documents.
Qualifications

Graduation: Any Discipline

Professional Qualification: Preferred Chartered Accountant (CA).
